I've spent ten years on the customer side of the counter

I started in cafés in Banda Aceh, taking orders and running the till. Later I managed a coffee business, worked as a Community Officer at Bank BTPN Syariah alongside micro-entrepreneurs, and supported micro and creative business programmes as their public relations lead.

That decade taught me one thing: small businesses don't need more tools. They need someone who listens first, then gets the right thing built. That's why I partner with Creagen. I bring the conversation; they bring the engineering.

Prices exclude third-party costs such as WhatsApp message fees, ad spend, influencer fees and applicable taxes. Final price is confirmed in a written quotation.

Questions people ask me first

Is Creagen a Malaysian company?

Creagen's team is based in Indonesia, one hour behind Malaysia time, and works in English and Bahasa. I'm based in Kuala Lumpur and I'm your local point of contact, wherever you are in Malaysia, so you always have someone to message.

How do I pay?

Quotations are in Ringgit. You pay 50% to start and 50% on completion. Monthly plans are billed in advance, with a 3-month minimum.

Who owns the website or system?

You do. Code, designs and accounts transfer to you on final payment.

How fast can you deliver?

A landing page usually goes live in 7 working days. A WhatsApp AI assistant takes about 3 weeks. Larger systems are scheduled in the quotation.

What about my customers' data?

Data stays in accounts you own, and every project ships with a short AI usage policy for your staff. We're engineers, not lawyers, so final PDPA sign-off stays with your adviser.

Can I start small?

Yes. Most clients start with the AI Opportunity Sprint (RM2,500) or a single landing page, then decide.
